"We were there shopping 3 years ago and the idiot pushing carts in the parking ramp rammed into our SUV with the carts and gouged it. Nothing terrible, but still bad. We went inside and it took 45 minutes of being told to wait for someone to photo it and say they'd file a report and get back to us. 3 months later when we hadn't heard anything and called them,we were told they had no record of any incident and didn't know who we were.
